1. Body part
A single area such as the brain or sinuses (PNS) costs less than a larger area like the whole abdomen or chest plus abdomen.

NCCT (plain) costs less. CECT (contrast) costs more because of the dye, the IV line and extra imaging phases.
3. Special protocols
