• Refunds for prepaid services are subject to deductions as per cancellation timing and policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content (text, design, images) is owned by J.P. Diagnostic & Imaging or licensors.

• Unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Our liability is capped to the amounts you have paid for the specific service.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Indian law governs these terms. Disputes will be resolved in Patna courts.
